We started gaming as a hobby; a way to escape. What started as a hobby turned into a giant part of our life. The same could be true for you! It's been a real adventure so let's take a few minutes to tell you a little about how it all started.
Needing A Hobby
A few years ago things were really busy. And we really didn't have a hobby to speak of. Sure coin collecting is great but it doesn't really take up much free time. It had been years since we played a video game. There was just other stuff in life that mattered more.
We wanted something that would be fun, entertaining, a learning experience and could also make money someday. Gaming seemed like a good fit.
Picking The Right Game
Picking the right game is different for everyone. Some people prefer consoles like Xbox or PS5. We wanted something more like an MMORPG that didn't require specialized equipment.
We settled on a PC game that was a futuristic MMORPG. It was a game we could play but that we could continue with instead of starting over every time we sat down.
Learning The Game
When you first start a game you have to take time to learn to play the game. The first 6 months we played we did nothing but Farm Free Defense Skills At Zychion Citadel. This gave us time to learn, research but also build our defense skills. Since defense is usually a valuable part of MMORPG game play we figured this would be a great use of time.
Pick A Game That Works For You
You have to pick a game that works for you. Above all the game should be entertaining. For a lot of people that means a more traditional video game like Xbox or Playstation. Sometimes it means a more social game like Magic The Gathering. For even other people a PC game will be a better option. It depends on the type of game that really appeals to you. Regardless of the game with enough study and practice you can be one of the best players there is.
Remember To Have Fun
Above all a game should be fun. A stress free hobby that you can use to relax and enjoy your free time. If your game of choice is causing you too much stress then it's not worth playing.
That's always a good opportunity to try out a new game. You may find something you enjoy even more!
